Due to increasing demand from private owners wishing to sell their holiday homes at Trecco Bay, we are pleased to introduce our Help to Sell service.
This service is designed to support the private sale of owner-occupied caravans and lodges, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for both sellers and buyers.
Our objective is simple: to successfully match genuine buyers with motivated sellers.
In line with your licence agreement, all holiday homes must first be offered back to the park as first refusal, including any subsequent offers received.
Once the park confirms in writing that they do not wish to purchase your caravan or lodge at your required price, you are then free to proceed with a private sale. Our Help to Sell service is here to guide and support you at every stage.
